Everything was more than fine, I felt very comfortable in this nice basic hotel. Loved well-equipped and brand-new standard room with nice views, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location was PERFECT, next to the big forest, really close to the town Egilstadir, the restaurant on one of two nights stayed and Iceland. It also was in a nice green field.

We had a wonderful stay at Eyvindara, located just 1.5 km outside of Egilsstadir. The hotel is situated in a tranquil rural setting, offering beautiful surroundings. Our room was clean and tidy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, which had the perfect temperature for relaxation. The staff at Eyvindara were incredibly supportive and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. Considering the reasonable price, it was definitely a good value choice in the area.
